The only medication I took as prolonged duration was Nexium

which is an anti-acid medication.

Of which, I stopped since long ago.

As for the acid issue,

it comes back, depending on what I eat,

and if there is lack of exercise.

But at the moment, don't really need it. (the medication)

 

I can't say i'm my optimal self.

Physically, emotionally.

But you can understand why.
