I'm leaving the decision to you.

And I have stated my arguments.

If that is not accepted then it simply isn't.

 

If nobody came up with it prior, and isn't using it.

And if it is profitable, then I believe I can patent this for a licensing fee.

If reasoning is incorrect, then it simply is.

 

But do not associate that with my character.

It is a matter of opinion and what the decision will be is to the correct people

judging the outcome. Not my say. I am merely asking for its rights,
