There wasn't insane aggression as he is claiming to have happened.

Closest thing to that was the first time we met, when I helped him with the library genesis link.

And because I knew that it was going to repeat, even as I try to verbally argue,

it would do it again AFTER an apology.

1. The emails on the complaints. If I was animistic, violent as he so claims, there never would

Why would gay slurs be included in this, as it proceeds to paint me in the public

as a gay person by its prejudice? It was predatory behavior believing that I am weak.

If it had feared me, why did it follow me to Walmart, physically during these threats?

Because it was full of it. Full of its own prejudice that I wouldn't do anything.

The law, when there is obviously evidence as to the dialogue of that same issues on hand,
that there was reasonable civility. You can estimate that there was no such extreme hostility.
And if there were, obviously it was long resolved.

And more importantly, as I have written before. The law must not believe in someone who
tried to frame another stating that it has used violence, (beating him up) as a way to get out
of his crimes. This is in the same area, and he is obviously either framing or exaggerating.

Rely on the evidence at hand. It is impossible.

It seems like the law just lets my attackers get away, by any excuse, even though
situational, textual, and proven slander is present in all this, in the same topics.

No, as you know, that is not how the law works. The law works based on facts given.
Opinions are no facts. It has no data behind it. And yet despite all these evidences,
why would you listen to him?

 

Because of my aggression that is now? No. It was different then. As you can see by the emails. My hostility towards him now, stems from his repeating lethal attacks in the recent
