Seeing the "bully maguire refuses to pay rent".

I remember that incidence with Ranson.

I felt completely misled of the sublease.

He simply said in the ad, it is a quiet environment,

and yet there was ZERO soundproofing.

Everything was echoing inside the house in hollow walls.

There was nothing, no privacy at all.

You can hear people connected to the room constantly.

And something was wrong with that construction of the building.

It looked fancy, but things were hollow.

The door was hollow.

In any case, it was my fault for breaking the door (accidentally)

I didn't expect it break (it was made of cardboard),

I lightly kicked it in frustration then I apologized to the tenant.

This was...,

the building itself. Impossible lack of soundproofing.

And hence, even though I made the mistake of breaking door,

and having to pay for it to the landlord.

I no longer had the money to pay the rent to Ranson.

And since Ranson misled me on the ad, as if there are no issues.

Why I backed out.

However. If it is correct that I pay, I will.

I would advise again, to send people there to see what kind of

environment that is. It's living inside a hollow 'echoing' (not so much as actual echoes,

but you know what I mean)  museum.
