I keep seeing this relay on Sheldon C(oo)per,

with a lady from HR, and his behavior is racist?

 

I have no idea who this is.

 

Anything that relates to HR would be with social caseworkers.

 

But I don't recall meeting a black lady.

 

If I did meet a black lady, I would have been polite,

and I am certainly no racist.

 

Unless you have evidence to substantiate your claims,

whatever this is,

 

it will backfire on to you as defamation.

If it relates to self-benefit in some way, the charges will become stronger.

 

You are not getting away with this.
