Appointing new judges again is exploitation of the court.

Go back to the previous. When by the constititution another power is recognized,

you can't internally try to affect the outcome by changing the judges again.

The 'other power' is there to prevent this sort of meddling.

 

This is why we are in a endless loop. Because of this exploitation.
