History has nothing to do with it. Unreasonable oppression when there are treaties,

pursuit of oppression as business continue, as the court of law continue its path to discovering truth,

(and therefore exploitation when there are no business agreements that should be in full observation and in communication, and as an defendant of the law)  

when there requires no force against the helpless, that the target would have abided by

any laws set up on the person. A civilian. An ally.

Understand the difference between attacking an enemy nation,

and attacking a single person as if they were an entity, power, based on their prejudice.

Prospect of power does not identify this person as danger.
