*If solar panels and height of the waves be an issue, fixed on a platform

but connected via wires (not so much if all is calculated with expected collision between

floating platforms) but there are also the floating turbines that is fed by the motion

of the waves to generate energy. So when these feeds into the sea escalator,

there we can send power to the mining machines below, designed to withstand

the pressure of the water, and carry the extracted minerals back up to the surface

following a track.
