this is not yet a business that generated profit from an actual business practice,

rather by an reward system, which could be regarded in the realm of 'gift'.

business income that follows after the business begins,

that would be eligible for income tax.

 

There must have been other cases in Canada people have received money by an intellectually motivated competition, and by the merit of their ideas.

Declared the winner and given the money of that competition.

But not yet a business that went through.

How were they taxed? Look into this.

 

Further again, no one is to receive that money on my behalf,

even suggestion would be a felony.

 

It's either to me, or no go.

If otherwise is exploitation knowing I am in this situation.

 

 

All this is being targeted deliberately to lessen my rights.

That shouldn't be permitted.

 

Competition is competition. Its rewards are based on ideas, intellectual merit.

Hence it is a reward. Not profit generated from business.

And we have to keep this clear. If there is a differentiation between two practices,

with the taxes, then that is the law to follow.

 

 

My guess is that at the worst would be a gift tax.

I apologize for the speculation. Here is the relay I read:

My parents have access to mine & my brother's bank accounts & accidentally

took money out of my brother's savings instead of theirs to pay the mortgage

and now every time we tell him to do something he says

But the idea of wrongful control is what gets to me.
