By the way, if stuck on following:
Water pressure on the 'ropes' insertion of sensors within.
Sensors themselves must be able withstand that pressure.
"Rope" is no ordinary rope of course, it will be incrementally added descending down.
As the weight increases, so will the ships holding it, will attach itself to another ship,
in order to increase buoyancy and lifting power.
If above doesn't work, sea "pillars" can be designed in such a way to work
with the sensors and be able to withstand the pressure of the water.
Fundamentally this idea is only possible because of my space escalator idea.
It is based on this, so if you people reject it, you are rejecting that idea as well.
As for the challenges in depth of the water, it is something that can be overcome.
So please. If you are rejecting it immediately, that only reveals your intent.
