On the hospital staff,
they knew what the issue is about,
and how devastating it is for me and my mom,
and the nature of the discussion was about that, (vitrification)
and yet they refused in replacement to their own beliefs.
1. After all the 'mistakes' the hospital has made,
2. Even besides the mistakes, they should by default cater to the patient/family and their choice. Not about theirs.
3. They knew what the topic was about. It was fully in discussion,
what was at stake.
Hence I believe, if I am correct, this is a form of hate crime.
One group of people asserting their personal values of morality
and affecting another by order of power.
Despite knowing their belief, and what is at stake.
So I believe they should be charged accordingly.
By the way, if they try and gear this toward whether cryonics will work or not,
that is from arrogance.
It is about respecting other people's BELIEFS.
And that is that.
