probably like the double engines aligned in the middle as i suggested before,

leaving some space for the airflow for the top and bottom jet engines (in the middle, not the wings) above and below the passenger areas or leaving them entirely open to receive air

in that row if it needs length (so then the passenger area can be concaved) would be way to go.......
