Strange. Keep seeing this "Darrell Brooks" trial coming up.

And looking into it, this person is convicted for killing 6 people.

And the content of the video is stating is because of conduct at the court.

 

At the same time I see relays on there are no issues.

 

But just in case, I would like to make a clear defense.

 

1. My suggestion is based on the law. Though I am not adapt at the law,
I think it is clear what the harms were, in accordance to the law,
and I am leaving this to the authorities who are following the laws themselves.

2. If to convict me somehow over this, they, my attackers, should not be convicted,
and  I should be accused of falsely claiming their harm. Of which, that is not the case.
I am only reacting from what is happening.

3. My intent has been clear. I have tried being forgiving towards all of my attackers,
at one point or another. But their abuse was relentless, persisting, and aimed to
destroy my life.

 

I get that the judges are trying to move away from the capital punishment.

However, where I find wrong and why I keep speaking out is this:

If they were not charged for capital punishment, they should be incarcerated. Punished in another form.

And yet what I see, is complete dismissal of their crimes as if nothing.

Then there would be corruption involved. It would be biased to their favor and dismissing

the damages, suffering they have caused on me, and the relentless abuse that is being taken

place. And as I react from what they've done, and still doing.

So there it is. Please don't make unreasonable accusations towards me.

I am only in my defense, and seeking justice.

 

And I think, if they have been chaged with capital punishment, any of them.

It is fair because, these people have no remorse for their actions. They continue

their abuse and pursuit of harm relentlessly. How am I to accept this, even after

suppose they serve time, they will repeat that abuse?

 

And essentially for all these people, I have been forgiving, and trying to dissuade them out of

their abuse as a person who  has done no harm on to them.

 

Please recognize my stance.

But if true,

 

Please understand that I am in the blind. Like this, if I get the slightest hint of what is

going on, I must speak out and address it. Because if I am too late, they will exploit my timing

as response, and go on expanding the harm. They have no intent to stop, and I am in

my defense.

 

Note further, in the eyes of the law, nobody is "killing" anyone. It is in accordance to the law,

it is justice that is being delivered. To label defense as homicide in this controlled

environment, that is monitored, contemplated of the give and take, and seeking lawful

punishment. Would be...  Wrong. It is just the way it is.
