When one person is targeted against many,

and he is obviously disadvantaged.

 

And you see framing in the past.

You see abuse, harassment, and exploitation happening.

 

 

You don't try and deter this person.

You don't try and join in the 'fun' with my abusers.

 

 

Unless from the WRONG intent.
