A crime is a crime, past or present.

A person is judged based on that,

not adaptation to the now.

Talking about Steve and his brother.

 

At the height of their harm,

and to what duration,

and what variations.

 

It all counts.

I am the one who is affected. As he intended.

As he is now. Targeting.

 

So don't be forcing things that doesn't make sense.

You are forcing it to his favor.

 

That's not how crime is charged.

It means one is trying to dismiss it as, again, freedom of speech.

It never was.

 

It was targeting. It was intended harm. It was pursuit of harm,

stemming from where it began. Violence, and control.
