if it has enough structural support inside of it,

like metal pillars for instance,

that is designed to withstand the weight....

while the crash itself is dismantled of its energy

to an extent because of the wheels...

 

battery and engines is on the backside of the vehicle,

 

while the front portion is dedicated to dispersing energy...
