yes. if you haven't read it, I said to replace the mini-towers with cameras with flying drones.

 

that is once tracking their movements by the big tower begins.

 

once they are identified with imaging camera from the drone. (be it thermal, photo, nightvision or otherwise)

 

then the automated petrol cars are launched.

 

and if they can't handle it due to special circumstance,

 

then human patrol....
