I'm sure there is a variation of technology everywhere,

but I think the key to winning any wars in this day and age

is accurate targeting via distance and its landing.

 

Which would be identification of *targets with something that is

disposable (flight drones) or unreacheable (satellite),

and targeting after certain forms of imaging.

Thermal, night, even x-rays if that is possible.

 

Then from distance, as any country would, rockets.

But without being in proximity to the target.

So launched almost directly up toward the atmosphere,

and dropping to the allocated location once reaching

certain height, and from there, your booster technology Mr Musk,

to slow down and aim, entering into proximity.

 

 

But generally, you would know better Mr Musk.
