As I mentioned, he has shown dual-sides, he has used deceit and contradictions.

 

Right now, I believe he is fairly being honest on what he has been doing.

 

Prior, to what extent and what excuse I have no idea.

 

Under no circumstance, was this a joke,

and it is exactly of that, stalking, harassment, and assault.

 

And today alongside few others since recently, can be interpreted as aggrevated assault.

 

To speak plainly,

 

Things that are verbal are verbal.

If he checks on my statements and occurances there on the channel,

then if he says his opinions in a verbal manner, with integrity intact, with no intention of harm.

Then that may have been acceptable.

 

 

But verbal has become mixed with physical.

With intention of harm knowing the physical harm that follows.

 

That is assault. And to all this duration that is persisting.

 

 

 

I believe that there is something wrong with David in his mind, and therefore his behavior.

 

It should not have been this unreasonable, this aggressive, this pursuit.

 

He is essentially a stranger and yet, despite my courteous requests, he has asserted pride

 

and ego above all else. But especially my well being in all areas.

 

And became harmful, exploting the situation at hand.
