See how many hours it was. After the first contact.

People who has their brain aneurysm burst,

has a chance to live if the doctors get there in the first

few hours. That's the basic knowledge.

The person, after the first contact, deliberately didn't

answer the call. Or followed through.

This must be charged for. Unless the idiot got hit by a car,

and there is proof of this, there is no dodging it.

He should have made that phone call and tell the nurses what to do next.

And the hospital itself, they should have had a secondary protocol,

for situation such as this. Nobody just DIES in WAITING when

they could've been saved. I can't remember, but hours were ridiculous.

Like six hours. or more.

Why did she suffer?

What was all that suffering for?

The evidence is in the fact that this doctor first ANSWERED

the first call. What dialogue was passed then is the question.

If it was acceptance, to take on the surgery, then that is it.

There is no excuse.

If it has first tried making an excuse about that agreement

about "vacation waiver".

That only adds to the intent to get away from its crimes.

Because that contract, does not make sense after that first call.

It deliberately did not answer the nurses calls.

It deliberately did not follow through.
