My writing yesterday may make him look *not like the person with prejudice.

That was but that instance from the *house, before prejudice has manifested.

Before it formed an opinion. So please do not get the wrong idea.

 

Please do not isolate instances where it would help him escape.

See from the timeline. What he did on that channel for the last several years.

 

This is what counts as effect.

 

This was clearly pursuit.

 

 

Second, I need not remind the authorities, but for the public, I will recite this.

This was a hate crime, since the very beginning.

 

 

 

The issue, often, is that people cherry-pick, segregate instances that may benefit

the abuser. Not fully aware of the fairness of it all, due to their motive trying

to 'save' the person.

 

Admirable perhaps. But incorrect.

 

What you must see is the holistic view of this, the overall, and what it has already

stated in what *belief. And how it pushed on, in order to cause harm and chaos.

 

And see where it began with what type of assault, the types of intimidation,

bullying, harassment, mocking, it used throughout all this.

 

It was consumed by hatred. And it formed an bias. It has been on pursuit of harm

however way it can. While knowing the person is vulnerable, in the blind.

 

It was clearly an continued assault.

 

This crime must not be dismissed. To dismiss it, it would be at the victim's expense.

Anyone who tried helping him, may come from better intent,

but that is more self-serving than it is serving justice.
