you can create a phone line completely dedicated to Voip.

 

Combined with the satellites,

 

offer a free plan for x number of years. No monthly

payment.

 

Hardware may be high spec, and unique in that...

it would search for wifi signals broader than other phones...

 

but then Starlink doesn't cover that much areas does it?

 

One major communications tower, per city. To better relay
