It is about the intent and how persistent it was.

 

So 3-5 years for David is actually very lenient.

 

When someone goes about pursuit of harm with self-reasoned justification,

or simply for nourishing their ego. That is quite a serious crime.

 

If harm is applied onto another person by their vanity or prejudice.

 

That unpredictable nature is danger. And danger to society.

 

Even as the victim tried to converse in a reasonable and civil manner.

 

 

So I don't know if the authorities will simply let this go.

 

But it shouldn't be that way.
