Apologies if the sentence has already been made

and I am speculating on the leniency.

 

There are times people should show mercy.

Those are crimes of passion, perhaps done in

the moment, and by whichever triggers.

 

This isn't it.

 

There is not enough trigger for a fair give and take.

There is not enough excuses for this on-going harm,

in endless repeats.

 

There is simply no conscience. Though it may feign

itself towards it. It just went on.

 

Others have repeated the same mistake since Canada.

 

Being lenient. I have warned people that crime should

be dealt with in the beginning, as these kinds of

people poses threat on someone else, and themselves

 

by their relentless repeating crimes.

 

It is in their wiring.

 

 

Now that advice was ignored. And this person

escaped into the States, and pressed on.

 

 

To forgive, again and again, while the essential

nature of this criminal is about gloating, not

to repent. I know this. It is why it repeated

itself without any respect for the victim or

the law.

 

 

One cannot let this go.

 

I hold the right at this point as I have been

the victim of the law itself, since Canada.

 

Their leniency has led to my suffering.

 

And it must be compensated with action.

 

 

I found the law regarding this. That it is

indeed a hate crime. Before this, people

simply discarded it as free speech.

 

This mistake must not happen again.
