As for my mental acuity or stability.
Not always constant. But especially with sleep deprivation and stress.
However. Despite the depression I think things are becoming better.
As I can think more clearly on what to aim for, managing my life.
It would mean I am gathering some confidence, away from self-doubt and irrationality.
When you are in a certain state of mind for instance, you make series of mistakes,
and solutions to simplest things do not appear to you.
Like how to use the little money you have, or what equipment to get.
You already know the answer, and then you quickly forget.
So you make mistakes on something that could have be solved since long ago.
