frame to create any designs.

 

The frame, being metal, it will be possible...

And simpler.

 

Minus some issues it may have like the Eiffel tower.

(Eiffel tower changes its height depending on the temperature)

 

and therefore, the 'skin' that is pasted on may be affected

to cracking, but. It depends on if it is simply pasted on

as flooring, (like in that photo) seems like

much the metallic parts like the ledges

are the frame while the flooring is cement.
