I am sorry, but it sounds like David is pleading the fifth amendment.
Judging by Mr Veaux's relay. That the person cannot be convicted twice.
This is, what he is doing now. It is an additional assault of different topic.
That extended from his previous, knowing the harm behind it.
It is exactly that he was convicted of previous crimes, that he thought
it is okay to continue with his bullying and harassment,
without additional charges involved.
No. This only applies when he decided to STOP what he was doing.
When he escalates, be on pursuit of harm, following this.
It is intentional by nature, and that is indeed in additional charge.
It only rises to a new one. And at this point, it can only be described as
a 'hate' related crime based on his own self-justification and prejudice as well.
Because I have had no personal interaction with him other than trying to be courteous,
polite. What he does, it is entirely by himself, from himself.
If a person is convicted of his previous crimes. Does he have the right to exploit
that 'finalized' situation and be on pursuit of harm of the crimes of same nature?
Of course not. He is guilty of escalation and being on further pursuit.
This is aggrevated assault, this is additional suffering intentionally caused
in vengeance.
At this point, the matter becomes more serious than before. And so will the charges.
I hope i'm being fair.
