Waking up to, relentless banging/slamming 3x in the morning. 7:53am..

 

and the middle of the night, dropping that plastic cup on the floor

 

twice to wake me up. followed by banging i believe...

 

 

 

just pure malice, mayhem.

 

it's assault. don't make a mistake about it.

 

 

 

Can the police please talk to him? You've got to know who he is in person.
