If made excuses, no, that doesn't count.

 

There are no excuses to be made.

 

This was just pursuit of harassment and assault.

 

In his mind, it is harassment. It doesn't compute as assault.

 

But on the receiving end, it is assault.

 

And the law must see that I have clearly stated my illness,

 

and that he went on pursuit of harm following. With a blunt statement of refusal.

 

And all that he has done, to all this duration, must be charged for.
