Once the vehicles get there,

 

the A.I within the vehicle can

 

lock in to the target,

 

no longer requiring identification by the sensor-satellite data.

 

So it will be able to differentiate and track people moving.

 

 

 

And which person to target as assigned.

 

 

if individuals are fighting against vehicles...

 

armored ones.

 

 

even if they carry heavy weaponry,

 

i don't think they have a chance.

 

 

these are people crossing over the border,

 

not to start a war...

 

 

so basically, they will be contained.
