*Tower sensors, that is the large coverage detecting movements,
may not be able to identify target. Differentiate between animal or people.
It possibly can. If it can determine size, or rate of movement.
But if to make sure, near the border, (but being careful not to be
at the edge, as they will attempt to destroy it)
can be miniature towers for imaging, instead sensors. That can
detect up to 1km away. These cameras would be armor-plated
so not to be meddled with.
Their purpose is to identify the target, people.
Further identification:
*Speed of movement.
*Direction of movement.
*Stalling movement for what interval.
As these factors would be different from that of an animal.
*And, if the target is from across the border. That should first be determined
by the sensors and locked on to the target.
Flying drones should be sent once the target is identified,
to work with automated vehicles and sensors.
