that should be taken seriously.

 

Overall, this is aggrevated assault,

and, I would say, because David does not choose to stop,

 

this can be described as a type of hostage situation.

 

I am free to leave of course, though it will take time.

 

However, by hostage, I mean, stalking, harassment, and assault continue.

 

And the victim has no choice to take this abuse despite my politely asking to stop

many times.

 

 

And the nature of that should be treated seriously.

 

No person with normal psychology does this.
