Often times, he is out of his mind.

 

It is why I see this so alarming.

 

 

It does not correlate to the fair give and take,

 

and he escalates things purely out of his ego,

 

 

and that escalation is to the point of danger.

 

Aggression, intimidation, and pushing on for abuse,

 

 

expecting and preparing for danger following.

 

 

 

That is insanity.

 

 

 

Whether he admits to it or not. He calculates all this,

 

and pushes on for abuse.

 

 

He has knives beside him, by timing, he turns on the lights

 

after he has been aggressive, yesterday directly STANDING

 

facing my way as I come out the room just by his window.

 

 

These things, I have observed to be not coincidence.

 

 

So he does these things, calculating possibilities of dangers ahead.

 

So he deliberately escalates danger, and he means to afflict damage.

 

 

Authorities must understand what kind of danger that is,

 

what kind of intent that is.

 

 

 

And no, I am not exaggerating or misleading.

 

He really is out of his mind often.

 

 

Why do you think I was making an armor/weaponry?

 

I would of course, never use it or initiate ANYTHING.

 

 

However, this person is constantly inflicting and escalating the situation

 

preparing for an outcome.

 

 

That insanity... I have no idea where it is coming from.

 

 

 

A roommate of his prior to me, held knives out against him for whatever reasons.

 

 

I have heard from Khydup he is more crazy than David himself.

 

 

But it may go both ways.

 

 

 

 

As I am saying. David is something who builds up anger, hatred,

 

and escalates in PREPARATION to a conflict, and I have noticed this.

 

 

For you, the authorities, may not have an evidence on that preparation,

 

but situationally, after what i've been through and insinuated,

 

 

because you know abuse continues, you would know he is expecting an outcome.

 

 

So my observation is the truth.

 

 

 

You have no idea what environment I have been enduring since the beginning.

 

 

This person, inside his mind. He is out there.

 

 

And he can say whatever he wants in the public saying he is misleading,

 

 

but inevitably, my observation can only be certain,

 

as you have already figured out he is pushing on for this abuse.

 

 

 

So knowing the intent involved, you must accurately assign the correct

 

penalty for this. It is absolute malevolence that is completely unnecessary,

 

and he has something to prove within himself. And I have become a target.
