And who decides the outcome of punishment?

 

This goes towards the people who initiated the competition, from their nation.

 

Hence the authorities in the States should decide on this.

 

These would be the same authorities judging my vulnerable situation at hand.

 

As what these people are doing is part of that exploitation in different forms.

 

The keyword here is exploitation.
