Understand that I am one person.

They were a collective affecting that one person, who is in need.

My reaction to that woman came only after knowing who they were as a collective.

Siding with themselves no matter how wrong it is.

 

No these are excuses. Competition is competition. Reaction is reaction.

You don't follow-up on someone's work, when the idea was created by the person.

That is deliberate sabotage.
