Oi... surveillance camera should be mandatory

for all buildings covering every directions it faces.

 

The law enforcement should have a dedicated device

to remotely access the content of these cameras,

should they spot any violation done.

 

So this device only accessible, and locked

to the content cameras record (for x time frame,

until it is set again in loop, should be mandatory also)

 

Then the perpetrators will be caught.
