If a freezer is CPU

multi-pipelines = GPU

 

I mean, maximize the output of freezing the water in air,

 

by many pipelines and pushing wind through it and cooling the air around it.

 

 

If there is enough water... There's probably enough for human consumption,

to sustain life. But if there is enough water for vegetation....

 

The goal here is spreading out. Self-sustenance in even the most remote

regions of this planet.
