So believe it or not,

 

and you should believe because it is plainly in sight,

 

i've been trying to scale as much as possible using the very resources of Mars.

 

It's about money, fastest route, purpose (space escalator, city), and meaning

(to actually colonize using the resource from Mars)

 

To call this sci-fi....

 

The only element that is outside from the norm, and miscalculated would be usage

of lasers, but that depends on the environment... I was trying to save

resource and time on that as well...

 

 

Otherwise,

 

*Space escalator.

*Automation by subtractive manufacturing. (Both the escalator and a city)

 

Will get the job done,

 

Either with mass migration,

or few humans regulating automation.

 

Or both.
