How did it happen again?

 

I had asked permission to the customer service if I can keep it,

as they sent me the refund.

 

As I thought, they said "I guess so",

 

which is in-line to what I was thinking,

 

to keep, as an apology for false advertisement.

(No charger, manuals, CD, etc)

 

 

And the second time, I bought it from the same place.

 

And asked again. They told me to keep everything,

 

but with reluctance. So I would like to return it.

 

 

 

However, the online account was closed.

 

I cannot get into it. I have to verify via phone call.

 

I don't have a phone. Things keep on happening.

 

I have to use a service.
