Then the pillars can be used for multiple things.

 

Like a sodium or lithium refinement center for

batteries. Placement of wireless seismographs

through the depth of the ocean with the pillars.

 

In combination with solar and geothermal energy.

 

A resting space for charging flying vehicles,

or boats. Or safehaven lost in the sea. etc.

 

But I could be forcing reasons.

 

 

Maybe no pillars are necessary for wireless

seismographs, nor geothermal energy in particular.

 

 

Unless it is extremely powerful and requires

immense amount of continous energy.
