From flight mode, when on ground,

two paired wheels, from front and back,

 

can converge together to form the motorcycle wheels (paired front and back)

 

without rotating its position back and forth in 4 wheels by the way.

 

And the passenger seats essentially remain in the same spot.

 

But. Can change it's arrangement in height as it turns into motorcycle.

 

But up to you Mr Musk........
