I agree with this to an extent.

But remember also that without the idea, that execution would never exist in the first place,

and with guidance and resource, execution becomes effective, in a team.

Not to discredit your work certainly. Many things I could not have done without your experience and knowledge in manufacturing.

 

But I think you already realize, once given resource, I would learn the management quite fast.
