to 'test' how I well I would do in governance of a region, town.


I am thinking, that would take years.

You would be contemplating during this time.

If you prefer transference of power, do so directly.
No more control. No more taking time.

Give me what is minimally required, or it is best to dismantle it.

be affected by control from another person who knows more in depth,

and therefore has the power to exploit that situation.

 

I apologize for my suspicion. But seeing from our previous experience,
I may see what is ahead.

I do not want to waste years preparing. Only to create more complications
with people involved.

If transference of power in any shape or form. That should be based on the merit
of the efficacy of my ideas applied into your territory.

The governance part, as you do now, is largely by the Prime Minister and people who are better suited for this, learned to prepare for this. I would be working with them.
