I guess the circular rim,

it could be attached a shell that meets at a point,

to make it pointy - in order to repel the water better.

 

so the design isn't entirely wasted.

 

Point is to maximize the usage of energy,

 

and concentrated heat conversion to energy

in the sea, has not been attempted before.

 

Perpetual motion, but if powerful enough,

 

is able to run the propellers continuously.

 

Meaning, it is faster than sailing,

 

and green energy.
