If. There are many drills that goes beneath the sunken ship, covering its length. (Red)
That is from left to right (width of the ship) per pair.
Starting from one and to the other, moving down.
Then between these drills, the portions protruding outside of the dirt,
is welded together vertically. (Green)
Following, at its very front and back of the ship, is a prepard 'wall'
to be welded to the rest of the lining, (blue) in order to prevent
it from falling as it is lifted from the ground.
There would be many floating platforms that would be 'interlocked' together,
holding certain amount of drills and lines per platform, eventually
to use something that can pull the *entirety of the structure.
Just another shot at this. But probably improbable.
I know there can be mechanisms that can self-weld underwater contained
per object. But whether it can handle the pressure of the water questionable.
