I think overall he has a serious behavioral problem,

Then it expanded to slander.

 

Following repeating attempts at defamation.

 

All this persisted to unacceptable number of times and duration.

 

15 years. For all the intended harm. Sounds fair.

 

Probably counting all the offenses, and repeats in violation is more than this.
