2nd balloon would fly independently,

carrying the required line to be attached

to the first balloon which is floating,

at the end of the rope/wire it carries,

 

and so forth with the 3rd, and so forth.

 

 

keep in mind that the balloons are not limited in size,

 

hence it depends on how much it can carry by what uninterrupted fuel,

and if the efficiency is worth it, as compared to its costs.......

 

i think there's flexibility to it,

if the balloons themselves can be made

from cheaper, processed agricultural material

that can be mimicked of effects of current balloons.

 

the flame within, that's just simplest of

mechanism, energy is the issue then....

 

from a ground source...

 

 

enough payoff? depends on the efficiency of it all. xD

 

 

that is probably better use of using wind power,

as altitude is the factor in continued motion.....
