So to organize usage:

 

 

 

1. Cylindrical pillars (deepest depths)= Singular buildings in a small surface area =

Worthy of = Sea platform for soverignity. Deepest oceans are international waters/territory.

 

(But it cannot logically cover so much distances, as bridges. Too much resource taken)

 

 

2. Floating platforms as bridges = Flying cars = Charging stations.

(But this needs to be worked on) Can you do it Mr Musk.... XD

It just needs to adapt to the height of the waves. I think the

height fluctuation is at 30 meters...

 

 

3. Cylindrical pillars (shallower depths, near a landmass) = to create cities.

 

UK can make use of this idea, as having tall skycrapers within its landmass

not so wanting.

 

But if just outside the landmass, standalone. While still connecting with a bridge.
