Mark has full jurisdiction on this account ad hack, does nothing.

 

Then they presumably said something

in their defense in the previous investigation

 

that were lopsided to their advantage, unreasonably so.

 

It is this permission, that deliberately allows neglection and harm in repeat.

 

I see their intent.

 

So then it is probable they did this in the beginning.

 

Authorities be fair on this.

 

 

Just because they are high profiled individuals,

 

it doesn't excuse them from vanity and arrogance of privilege.
