it was identified my facebook account was compromised long, long ago.
they gave me a refund on the first transaction.
but did not follow the rest.
in the meanwhile another hack from the same account.
then even as I close the account,
another hack.
They promise investigation and refund,
that it will take time,
then following, they close the case and instead transfer,
they give me a obsolete link to make a new case.
(Read all the email exchange)
Now all of above don't matter. If Zuckerberg, ultimately has the authority to release refund,
he simply can.
He is siding with these people simply, and they, observing the screen,
and me being vulnerable to attacks,
and having identified it is indeed from an hacker.
It is their moral obligation to investigate and refund.
Yet all this guy does hide behind technical jargon, and kicks me off IG just for making an account.
Why aren't they questioned, and corrected of their behavior?
It was deliberate negligence. If Adam admitted to it, he was with Mark. While Mark may not proceeded to abuse as Adam has, he recognized the abuse and did nothing. As he is now.
How does this make sense to you?
Fully aware of my situation and the complaints i'm making beyond the facebook hack, all about cyber-bullying. If he had good intent he/they should be rolling up their sleeves and trying to catch the perpetrator.
It is deliberate criminal negligence!
Mark was aware of the abuse made by Anna. As Adam introduced to the situation.
He did nothing. He does nothing now. Having knowing what I suffered through,
it should be operated as a hint/clue to catch the perpetrator attacking me online.
Whether this is because his speculation that Adam is involved, so to protect him, he deliberately dismisses investigation, or to simply deter me from productivity, I do not know.
But one thing is for certain. He knows my situation. That i'm attacked digitally. He chooses to do nothing. Then, and the now.
